Travel – Santorini, Greece (Part 1)

by
It was hard for me to leave Mykonos (follow my Mykonos trip here & here). It was just too beautiful for me to say goodbye. I’d definitely come back again. Excitement has now shifted towards Santorini! I’m sure Santorini has alot to offer too.

Once we reached Santorini, we wasted no time and go zipping around with our tiny little car! We are still very much into the beach as Mykonos offer such great beautiful beaches. According to our hotel’s Relation Manager, there’s a few beaches in Santorini. 2 black sand beaches and 1 with red sand. Since Santorini use to be a big island and due to the volcano eruption about 3000 years ago, I guess the sand are not as white as the rest of the islands. In my opinion, Santorini offer the best view of sunset especially in Oia (pronounced e-ah). Hope you enjoy the pictures.

If you intend to visit Santorini or Mykonos anytime soon and would love to get some recommendation, do write to me at stilettoes.diva@gmail.com. I wouldn’t mind sharing my 2 cents worth =)
