Melissa shoes are pieces of art. They’re modern, rich in colors and most importantly, they’re made of uber comfortable patented plastic materials. They feel like rubber actually and it’s eco friendly. My first thought when I saw this brand was, this must be some unimaginative shoes made similar like Crocs. I was so wrong!! Melissa’s shoes are highly fashionable. Even the famous celebrities and stylish women wear them. I’ve seen Melissa shoes on Alessandra Ambrosio, Kate Blanchette, Anne Hathaway and even Asian stars like Qi Qi.

Some of the most creative works are the results of collaborations. Recently, Melissa collaborated with a few designers, such as, Karl Lagerfeld, Jason Wu and Vivienne Westwood. As you can see, my favorite pick among the 3 is Karl Lagerfeld. I find the design adorable and quirky, just like him. These shoes are available at the M Dreams stores, right here in Malaysia. The 3 outlets are in Pavilion, 1 Utama and The Gardens Mall.

Melissa shoes recently opened their biggest store in Pavilion, Kuala Lumpur. They’re open everyday, from 10am – 10pm. Do drop by and try this pair I’m wearing! I highly recommend them, especially on rainy days. You just need to wipe them dry and store them back in the shoe closet. Easy as that! If you don’t believe me, try it for yourself and you’ll know what I mean =)
