This is the first time I’m trying out this brand called Cynthia Rowley. She’s an American designer based in NYC. When I first saw this dress on Shopbop, I thought it was a really pretty dress. Although it might looked plain in real, the ruffle bottom of the dress makes a huge difference when I put it on. It’s simple yet very chic to say the least. I wore this dress to view Diane von Furstenberg’s Spring/Summer 2015 Collection.
