On Thanksgiving

by
Growing up, I’ve never celebrated Thanksgiving. Till I met my bf, I’ve been celebrating Thanksgiving with him for a few years now. I still remember very clearly when he took the time to explain what’s the meaning of Thanksgiving and celebrating it with people that you cared for.
He asked me again today over dinner, “what are you thankful for this year?”. My respond has been the same ever since we started celebrating Thanksgiving together – I’m thankful for being alive and am still able to celebrate this very day with you (my bf) and our close friends.
I thank every challenges that came my way and shaped me to be a better person. Those opportunities that came knocking on my door, some may have been answered and some I might have missed but through it all, I am thankful that it was presented to me. Last but not least, I would like to thank you, my lovely readers, for taking your time to read my post. Thank you for being a good blogger friend =)

What are you thankful for this year?
Time to prep for dinner!

And…here we go! Turkey’s in the oven =)
While waiting for the turkey to be roasted, let’s drink some hot chocolate.
6 hours later…
It was really hard to be at home and waiting to eat this turkey. The aroma was such a challenge to be patience..
Chef is carving the turkey now..I’m so hungry by now.
Hungry friends chow down!
The food’s flying off from the plate!
Mine and all mine! Much blessings from the above to celebrate this day with my family and close friends. What are you thankful for this year? =)
