Travel – Monterey & Whale Watching

by

The last time I was in Monterey which was Spring last year (post here), I missed my chance to whale watch. This time around, I did it! It was fun but, I had a pretty unforgettable experience on the boat. Well, I shall not get to the details but I must say it is definitely worth doing it!

After the whale watching session, we walked around town and had clam chowder for lunch. That’s a must too! Let me share some pictures with you and I made a short video clip of my encounter with the killer whales too. Have you whale watch before? Let me know what do you think of the video. Have a great weekend!
Yummy bagels. We don’t get a lot of these in Kuala Lumpur. I guess our main staple is just different.
I made a bad decision to eat before the whale watching session. It was a baaaad choice.
Tonnes of seal and sea lion chilling on the rocks. They better beware of the whales!
This is the closest one we can get. They swam close to our boat and was really playful with us. Watching them swimming freely in the wild gives me that warm joyous feeling.
