Last weekend, my bf and I took a short break and head to the beach. We head up north to an island called Penang. It’s about 3.5 hours from Kuala Lumpur. Penang has quite a bit to offer as well. They’re famous for relatively cheap hawker food, some historical places and ok-nice beaches (don’t compare it to the Greek isles or Mauritius).
We stayed at Hard Rock Hotel. Ever since they were open in 2009, it has been a yearly ritual for Mr.W and I to visit Penang and staying in this hotel. Here are some pictures to share with you.
