Travel – Crete, Greece (Part 1)

by
I thought saying goodbye to Mykonos was hard but it gets harder when it comes to Santorini! Do you have this feeling like you never want vacation to end? I DO!! I always do towards the end of the vacation.

Well, here’s some pictures of me in Crete. This would be our last island before returning to Athens. Our 1st stop is Heraklion. The main city of Crete. It’s like a mini Athens to me. Comfortable size. Not too crowded and not too quiet either. Easy access to shopping places and supermarket.
We took a tour on the Hop-on Hop-off bus again (just like the 1 in Athens). We stopped at a few places and the 1 I took the most pictures was at Knossos. It is an ancient ruin and existed since the 7th millenium BC. It was built and rebuilt after many settlements. Here are some pictures and hope you’ll enjoy it.
