My review:
Recently I took this Brightening UV Cushion Foundation to travel with me. I placed it in my purse for potential touch-ups in the afternoon or maybe to use the mirror and re-apply lipstick after meals. I found it so convenient and it touch-up so much better than a compact powder. It looked so natural on my skin and gave it a glow especially in this dry winter weather in Europe. The sponge made it easy to apply as it soaks and discharge just the right amount of foundation. All I need to do was to dab it on my forehead, nose and cheek areas. I’m starting to use it in the morning these days as well. It shorten the length of time for my makeup in the morning.

My review:
This is the highest SPF I’ve used for sunblock as usually I only apply SPF 30. It was much needed as I recently went for a skiing trip. Don’t be fooled by the cold weather. When the sun is out during the cold weather, your skin will still be exposed to UVA and UVB. Thank goodness for Chroma UV Protector, my skin is protected from burning under the sunlight. My boyfriend on the other hand wasn’t so lucky because I forgot to pass the bottle to him and his face got burned from the intense sun while skiing. Lesson learned. Make sure to apply the sunblock if you’re going to be out and about for the whole day. Even during the cold weather.

Shu Uemura’s cleansing oil was developed from the knowledge that Mr. Shu Uemura gained while working as a foremost Hollywood makeup artist in the 1950s. My Review:
I’ve always love Shu Uemura’s cleansing oils. Before this one came along, I’m already using Ultime8 Sublime Beauty Cleansing Oil. It’s my favorite to remove makeup before a foam cleanser. Since I’m traveling, I wanted a lighter bottle so I gave this new Brightening & Polishing Gentle Cleansing Oil (150ml) a try. It’s great so far as the texture is similar to Ultime8. I actually noticed that my complexion lightens and it worked well with the combination of my sunblock (Chroma UV Protector)  and Brightening UV Cushion Foundation.
A note to those who had a laser treatment: I was advised by my Aesthetician not to use any products with Whitening or Brightening ingredients for the first week after laser treatment.
