I know I listed 10 products but 6 of them are what I have and highly recommended. The other 4 items are which I will add into my collection. So here are the 6 makeup must-have in my makeup closet and I will explain why it’s a necessity to me.
  1. Diorskin Nude BB Creme (Fair 002) – I recently purchased this 2 months ago because I heard so much great things about them. I find them slightly lighter in texture in comparison to Chanel CC Creme. I would use this on days when I want minimal makeup but still protect my skin from the sun.
  2. Buxom Lash Waterproof Mascara – Mine just dried up so I intend to replace a new one ASAP. This will be my 3rd tube and I will use it again and again till I found something better than this. It stays on for more than 8 hours without bleeding and making my eyes look like a panda by the end of the day.
  3. Hourglass Ambient Lighting Palette – My sister gave me this as a present. I love it!! It’s not suppose to use as contour but I used it on top of my contour so it gives a nice highlight on my cheekbone.
  4. Bobbi Brown Long-Wear Gel Eyeliner – I use this in alternative to Shu Uemura’s eyeliner. They’re great for long wear (more than 8 hours) and it doesn’t smudge. A small bottle can last a long time. I’m still using the same bottle for more than 6 months now.
  5. Perricone MD No Bronzer Bronzer SPF30 – The reason why I had this bottle was because my Chanel CC Creme was way to fair and I added 2 drops of this to mix it. I found this by accident and I couldn’t live without it now. The current bottle I’m using is my 2nd bottle.
  6. Giorgio Armani Lipcolor (#401 Hot) – Giorgio Armani made one of the nicest looking red lipstick. It’s velvety, hydrating and long lasting.

These 4 items are what I’m seriously considering to add into my collection of makeup products:

  1. Beauty Blender Sponge – I’ve heard so much about this and I am thinking it might help to blend the foundation on my skin quicker.
  2. Bobbi Brown Corrector (Light Peach) – Currently I’m using Marc Jacob’s Re(marc)able Full Cover Concealer and they’re finishing soon. Recently I was introduced to Bobbi Brown Corrector and I love how it is light and still give a full coverage for blemishes and dark circles. So I’m giving this a try.
  3. Hourglass Ambient Powder Brush – I wanted a brush that’s flat and easy to highlight the cheekbone area. I was contemplating between this and Becca Perfecting Brush but the Hourglass brush had better review on Sephora so I’m going to give it a try.
  4. Diorshow Maximiser lash Plumping Serum – I didn’t know why I haven’t discover this much earlier. Recently a friend gave me a makeup session and used this before applying the mascara and my lashes looked so good and had no clumps! I’m definitely going to invest in this one today =)
I hope this will help you in picking the right products for yourself. What are your current must-have beauty products?
