Pisa, Italy

by
While I was in Florence, we took some time off and visited Pisa. Since I was a kid, my mom told me about the leaning tower of Pisa. I told myself, someday I will visit this unique tower. When I actually saw the tower, I felt really happy. One thing checked-off from my bucket list. I thought we can’t go inside and climb the tower, but few years ago, they restored it. Now it had stop leaning (apparently for the next 300 years) and the public can actually climb the tower.

Have you been to Pisa and is it in your bucket list to visit someday?

From the left, the Baptistery, Cathedral and the bell Tower of Pisa

Inside the Cathedral. Look at the grand ceiling!
Walking towards the Baptistery
Such beautiful structures in the Baptistery.
Last but not least, the leaning tower of Pisa!
This is how it looks like in the bell tower.
One of the bell in this tower. Apparently, I heard that they’ve stopped ringing the bells.
The beautiful and quaint town of Pisa =)
Oops! Caught editing pictures on the top of the tower!
So this was the picture I was editing actually. My #shoefie!! =D
Climbing down the tower and saying goodbye to the town of Pisa. Till we meet again =)

Thank you for reading my post and I hope you’ve enjoyed a glimpse of Pisa just as much as I did. These pictures brought back memories of my visit to Pisa. It has been 3 months already. Time flew by so quickly. For more pictures of my trip, do visit my Instagram @stilettoesdiva and look under the  hastag #divagoestoflorence. Have a great Monday without the blues!
