Skincare Review – Nuxe Paris

by

Previously, I attended an event organized by Sasa Malaysia for Nuxe Paris. This brand is well known and available in many pharmacies or apothecaries within Europe. Why I mentioned Europe was because, I took these products and travelled with me during my winter break beginning of this year to many parts of Europe.

Sasa Malaysia and Nuxe Paris was really generous to provide us bloggers with a bag of full size products to try at home. I remember coming home so happy with those products and tried it for a few days and found it nourishing and my skin well hydrated. Though, I still had my own products back then so I kept the Nuxe products for my travel instead! I thought Europe’s weather during winter tends to be more dry than Malaysia. I’m so glad I made that choice. Nuxe products are mainly from plants and flower extract hence it’s very natural. Usually my skin reacts to new unsuitable products very quickly. Acne will visit in no time but thank goodness Nuxe products were gentle and kind to my skin.
Nuxellence Jeunesse (Top left) // Fluid Merveillance (Top right)
Nuxurience Eye & Lip Cream (Front left) // Nirvanesque Moisturizer (Front right)
Huile Prodigieuse – Dry Oil for face, body and hair.
This product is a little too oily on my skin so I used it as my makeup remover instead. I love how it cleared every traces of my makeup and there weren’t any residues. After that, I used a foam cleanser to double cleanse.

Nuxurience Eye & Lip Cream – Anti-Aging Skincare Range.
It is suppose to help with wrinkles, brown spots, dark circles and puffiness. I’m not sure about the wrinkles as that isn’t my concern at the mean time but it does helped me with dark circles and puffiness. During travels, sometimes I tend to sleep later than I should due to pictures editing and waking up early to catch flights, my eyes tend to develop dark circles and it gets puffy. Just within a week, I saw my under eyes were less puffy.
Love the creativity of the packaging and so functional. Just twist to open and shut the pump. It’s great for travelling as it will not have that tendency to spill all over my toiletries bag.
Nuxellence Jeunesse – Youth & Radiance Revealing Fluid
This product does leave my skin soft and velvety. It is suppose to help with slowing down the process of ageing. I believe if I use it on a long term basis, it might be able to help in that sense. Meantime, it does lighten the visibility of my dehydration lines especially around my upper cheeks.
Serum Merveillance – Fills, smooth and relaxes.
I only use this serum at night as I find it a little too nourishing to use Nuxellence Jeunesse and this at the same time. After using it for 3 nights consecutively, I did noticed my skin absorb the liquid foundation better and even by dabbing on powder at the end, my makeup doesn’t cake up.
Creme Mervellance – Visible Expression Lines Cream.
I used this sparingly as I find it a little too creamy on my skin. For moisturizer, my skin tends to absorb lotion faster and the skin doesn’t look as oily by noon time. In cold weather, I do notice my skin was pretty dehydrated by the end of the day. Exposing my skin to the cold winter wind, sometimes the UVA from the sun and heaters in the restaurants and shops, it can be rough. A good moisturizer is really important by the end of the day. This cream definitely does it’s job to balance out my skin’s moisture level. Once a week, I applied a thicker layer and used it as a mask. After 20 minutes, I wipe the residues off with a tissue and go to bed. Totally satisfied with the result the next day =)

So, what do you think? Are you using this brand right now? Would you try it out?
