Collection #93 - Weekend Road Trip

How was your weekend? Mine was pretty relaxing. Mr W and I manage to squeeze some time to do a short road trip. Near our place, let's say about 40 minutes drive, there's a hill called Genting Highland. We went there for some fresh air and enjoyed each other's company. It's amazing how being on the top of this hill, the temperature dropped almost 4 degrees Celcious (39.2 F)

Genting Highland's more like a huge theme park, casino, shopping centers and hotels all squeeze into one on the top of this hill. Back then, there was only a casino, a hotel and a small theme park. Through the course of approximately 44 years, it has expanded tremendously. If you have some time, do read up the history here. It's an inspiring story of how 1 poor man, had a vision and grew an empire with his own pair of hands.

The scallops were done well and I couldn't help but clean up the
whole plate! =P
