Travel – Santorini, Greece (Part 2)

by
Since we stayed at Santorini for a few days, we took our time to discover this beautiful island which use to be a volcano and had erupted 3000 years ago. If you would like to see more of my pictures in Santorini, go here for Part 1.

This time we are going to discover the peak of Santorini which is a place called Emporio. It’s about 20mins drive from the town of Fira, where we stayed. Going up the hill on the narrow road is scary! I freaked out for a split moment when a bus came from the opposite side of the road! There’s a monastery called St. John  on the top of the hill but the public are not allowed to get in unless for masses.

On the way down from Emporio, we stopped by a winery called Santowines. The view there is beautiful and we decided to do wine tasting and as usual, I have my afternoon coffee =) Enjoy the pictures!
